I think if you can get his attitude towards customers within all your stores you will leave the competition scratching their head. He took a bad situation and turned it to a amazing experience. First off I have to say the staff here are wonderful, never had an issue with them. However, the quality of the furniture leaves A LOT to be desired. We have bought a large amount of furniture from them this year and out of the 15 pieces of "signature" range items (10 Sorvino chairs, an argento dining table, Sorvino coffee table, Sorvino Entertainment unit and 2X Sorvino Buffets) only ONE item (coffee table) has arrived not damaged. Everything is damaged horribly, or full of fillers where they've put holes. We've had entire units dropped and completely warped to the point doors won't open or close. The bottom of entire buffets have been glued back in after something has been dropped through it. The final straw is this morning we had our second Sorvino Buffet delivered and we've just opened it to find it has been dropped. The leg has been shattered to the point you can't safely attach it to the buffet. No such thing as quality control with this mob. All up these items would have been in excess of $18,000. Thankfully we got "good" sales, although, now I can see why. I wouldn't have paid a dollar if I had known this was going to be what I got. Months of waiting and this is how they arrived! Disgusted.

I'm extremely disappointed. We bought a couch, extended warranty, and additional items for the couch care on November 11th. Despite the initial helpfulness of the seller, who said the delivery would be December 18th, there has been no communication, and today is the 20th. After calling the store, I spoke to the same seller, Jesse, in Morayfield. He stated the estimated delivery is now the 29th and emphasised it was never a guaranteed date. They claim to have called about the delay, but we found no missed calls or voicemail. With a Christmas party planned and no couch in sight, it's truly frustrating. They should clarify that the date is a rough estimate, not a guarantee of product delivery. Unfortunately, this seems to be my first and last furniture purchase from here.
